Magdalena Adamczyk
Lawyer. Trainee attorney
Graduate of law studies at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. She was a member of Students’ Legal Counseling Centre (family law section), currently a doctoral student at the Chair of Criminal Law and a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
She gained professional experience in Warsaw law firms specializing in civil law, in particular in the field of liability for damages and insurance.
She represented borrowers in proceedings against banks using illegal loan contract structures.
Her areas of interest also include labor law and forensic psychology.
