  • The author of a constitutional complaint as a result of which the Constitutional Court in its judgment of 15 April 2014 in case SK 12/13 decided that Article 34(2) of the Act on court fees in civil cases is incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The repeal of this provision resulted in the fact that filing a complaint with a district court against a decision of the National Appeal Chamber after the opening of tenders will not require the payment of a proportional fee of 5% of the value of the subject matter of the contract (no more than PLN 5,000,000).
  • Legal representative of many domestic and foreign investors in key disputes conducted by them before civil courts, administrative courts and the Public Procurement Office.
