She has been gaining her professional experience for over 20 years in M&A transactions in Poland and EU. In her daily duties she was responsible for preparing IPO processes, issuing bonds and other debt instruments. She worked on designing and optimizing international transactions and structures. She has experience in obtaining bank financing and negotiating consortium agreements.

For many years she worked in Luxembourg, where she coordinated the processes of an international capital group with branches in 25 countries worldwide.
