In the 4th quarter of 2022, changes to the Polish Commercial Companies Code (PCCC) came into force. The amendment may not be a veritable coup for the functioning of companies, but it is certainly worth getting acquainted with, especially if you perform certain functions in a company or are a member of its bodies.
